What is the Mega ED Pack

The Mega ED Pack is a bundled set of three well known erectile dysfunction medicines: sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil. These agents belong to the PDE5 inhibitor class and are intended for adult men diagnosed with erectile dysfunction.

Relevant conditions: erectile dysfunction, erection support packs. Active ingredients: Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Vardenafil. Typical combined strength per dose theme noted by sellers: 100 mg + 20 mg + 20 mg across the three products in the bundle.

What the pack contains

Each pack usually includes 90 tablets total, divided across three brands. Exact brand names can vary by supplier, but a common configuration is:

  • Levitra 20 mg - 30 tablets (vardenafil)
  • Viagra 100 mg - 30 tablets (sildenafil)
  • Cialis 20 mg - 30 tablets (tadalafil)

Tip: Because these are different medicines, do not take them at the same time. See how to take and interactions for safe use.

How it works and who it is for

The medicines increase blood flow to erectile tissue during sexual stimulation by relaxing smooth muscle in penile blood vessels. They do not create arousal by themselves; sexual stimulation is still required.

Users often select among the three based on onset, duration, and tolerance:

  • Tadalafil: longer duration, up to 36 hours, sometimes called the weekend pill.
  • Sildenafil: classic option with strong evidence and wide generic availability.
  • Vardenafil: similar to sildenafil, with some users reporting fewer visual effects.

Not for individuals for whom sexual activity is unsafe due to cardiovascular status. Consult your clinician first. For safety details, see precautions.

How to take each medicine

Use only as prescribed. Do not take more than one PDE5 inhibitor on the same day unless your prescriber instructs otherwise. Typical as-needed guidance:

  • Sildenafil (Viagra): 25 to 100 mg by mouth, about 30 to 60 minutes before sex; effect lasts ~4 hours. High fat meals may slow onset.
  • Vardenafil (Levitra): 5 to 20 mg by mouth, about 30 to 60 minutes before sex; effect ~4 to 5 hours. Avoid grapefruit unless cleared by your prescriber.
  • Tadalafil (Cialis): 5 to 20 mg as needed, 30 to 60 minutes before sex; duration up to 36 hours. Alternatively, some use 2.5 to 5 mg once daily as a maintenance plan if prescribed.

Maximum frequency: generally not more than once per 24 hours for any single agent. Taking more will not improve efficacy and raises the risk of side effects. If you need more predictable results, ask about a daily tadalafil plan.

Food: Sildenafil and vardenafil can be slowed by heavy or fatty meals; tadalafil is less affected. Alcohol can reduce erectile performance and raise side effect risk.

Precautions

Before use, inform your clinician if you have any of the following or if you are unsure whether sex is safe for you:

  • History of heart attack, stroke, heart failure, or arrhythmias
  • Chest pain or angina, high or low blood pressure, or pulmonary hypertension
  • Liver or kidney disease, including dialysis
  • Retinitis pigmentosa or prior vision loss including NAION
  • Blood disorders such as sickle cell disease, multiple myeloma, or leukemia
  • Any bleeding disorder or active peptic ulcer
  • Peyronie disease, penile anatomical deformity, or prior prolonged erection

If you have chest pain during sex after taking a PDE5 inhibitor, do not use nitrates and seek urgent care. For medication conflicts, see interactions.

Do not use if

Avoid sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil if you have allergies to any of these ingredients. Never combine with:

  • Nitrate medicines used for chest pain or heart conditions, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or isosorbide mononitrate
  • Riociguat (used for pulmonary arterial hypertension)
  • Amyl nitrate or nitrite recreational products often called poppers

Combining these can cause a dangerous, sudden blood pressure drop. If uncertain, ask your prescriber. Return to top.

Possible side effects

Many effects are mild and short lived. Contact medical help immediately for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or a painful erection lasting over 4 hours.

  • Headache or flushing
  • Nasal stuffiness
  • Indigestion, nausea, or stomach upset
  • Back or muscle pain, limb aches
  • Dizziness or lightheadedness, especially with alcohol

Visual color tinge or sensitivity to light occurs more often with higher sildenafil doses. Back pain is reported more often with tadalafil.

Drug and substance interactions

Provide a complete medication list to your clinician, including over the counter products and supplements. Use extra caution with:

  • Other ED medicines or pulmonary hypertension PDE5 inhibitors
  • Alpha blockers used for blood pressure or prostate symptoms
  • Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers such as certain antifungals, antibiotics, or antivirals
  • Seizure medications
  • Recreational nitrites

Grapefruit and grapefruit juice can raise levels of some PDE5 inhibitors. See contraindications for absolute no go combinations.

Missed dose

These medicines are generally taken as needed. If you are on daily tadalafil and miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is close to your next dose. Do not double up.

Overdose

Seek emergency care if you suspect an overdose or severe reaction. Symptoms can include severe dizziness, fainting, vision disturbances, or priapism.

Storage

Keep medicines at room temperature, protected from moisture and heat, and out of reach of children and pets. Store in original containers with labels intact.

Alternatives and similar options

If you do not tolerate one agent or prefer a different profile, discuss these with your clinician:

  • Avanafil (Stendra): newer PDE5 inhibitor with quicker onset for some users; fewer food interactions.
  • Generic sildenafil or tadalafil only: many patients do well with a single agent rather than a pack.
  • Daily tadalafil 2.5 to 5 mg: steady state approach for those who want spontaneity or have benign prostatic hyperplasia.
  • Alprostadil (Caverject/Edex injections or Muse suppository): non PDE5 option for those who cannot take or do not respond to tablets.
  • Vacuum erection devices and constriction rings: drug free mechanical support.
  • Psychosexual therapy: helpful when performance anxiety or relationship factors are key.

Rough price comparison in the USA (USD)

Prices vary widely by pharmacy, dosage, quantity, discounts, and insurance. The figures below are approximate retail cash prices per tablet as of recent US market checks; your cost may be lower with coupons or telehealth plans.

  • Generic sildenafil 50 to 100 mg: about $0.50 to $5 per tablet; brand Viagra often $60 to $80+
  • Generic tadalafil 5 to 20 mg: about $0.80 to $6 per tablet; brand Cialis often $60 to $80+
  • Generic vardenafil 10 to 20 mg: roughly $3 to $15 per tablet; brand Levitra is largely discontinued in the US
  • Avanafil 50 to 200 mg (Stendra): about $15 to $50 per tablet
  • Telehealth monthly subscriptions for generics: commonly $20 to $60 per month depending on dose and supply

For a 90 tablet mixed bundle equivalent to a Mega ED Pack using generics, a realistic US out of pocket range is often $120 to $350 total if purchased with discount programs. Buying brands at retail for an equivalent quantity could exceed $3,000.

Always verify final pricing at your chosen pharmacy. If cost is a barrier, ask about generic substitution, lower starting doses, or mail order options.
